Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of XevoNet ECard, operated by XevoNet Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you publish on your card. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and confirm you have the rights to use it.

4. Plans and payments

Cards are free to create. Plus and Pro plans unlock additional templates and features. Paid plans are billed through Razorpay according to the pricing shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes. When a plan expires, public cards gracefully fall back to the free Classic template while your content is preserved.

5. Refunds

Unless required by law, payments for plan upgrades are non-refundable once the plan is activated. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the matter in good faith.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XevoNet Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
